AdvancedTR, LLC was started with the idea that everyone should be able to afford quality IT work no matter if you are individual, family, small business, or a corporation. Not everyone can afford to have their own personal IT staff on hand until now. Our technicians take pride in their work and provide the very best service while trying to keep the cost as low as possible. Just because someone charges 2 times as much does not mean that the quality of their work is worth it. Don’t settle for an IT company that is unresponsive.
AdvancedTR, LLC has been in business since 2013. It was originally based out of Pittsboro,NC but has now moved its base of operations to Ramseur. We begin relationships with our clients by listening to how you would like your Network or Computer to work. We are not the type of IT company that is looking to fix one issue to get paid and then not be there for you. We pride ourselves on long lasting relationships with everyone we service from big corporations to the small business owner, or just the average individual trying to get small projects complete.
We don’t use Geek Speech when addressing our customers. We want you to understand what we are doing, and how and why your issue has happened. This way our customers are informed and don’t continue to have the same reoccurring issues.
